VOLUNTEER APPLICATIONS
We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our team at the festival to help us put on the best event that we can!
You will need to be available for one 5-hour shift between 8:30 am and 10:30pm. If you volunteer for just one day, you will only need to complete 1x 5 hour shift.
In exchange for completing a shift, you will receive 1 x Festival Entry Ticket (16+) upon completion of your shift.
Roles include:
Arrival & Bus Marshal - Arrival Attendants provide assistance to the Arrival Management Team to ensure patrons arrive to the event in a safe and organised fashion, providing a cheery "Welcome to Live at The Park!" and providing directions where needed.
Gates & Ticketing - Ticketing Attendants check and scan tickets, assist with providing correct accreditation (wristbands) to patrons, and help ensure everyone gets into the festival in the quickest and safest way possible!
Enviro Team - Assisting the Enviromental Management Team with ensuring the space remains as beautiful and pristine as possible! Help promote good reusable and environmental practices with patrons, and party with the planet!
Merchandise Team - Reporting directly to the Merchandise Manager, you will be assisting the Merchandise department with counting, displaying, stocking, and most importantly selling the various pieces of awesome band and event Merch we have available!
Buddy Team - As part of our crowd care team, you'll be roaming around the event, helping to make sure everyone is having a great time, and ready to give a helping hand to anyone who may need it. Whether its handing out sunscreen or helping someone walk over to the medical Tent, you'll be their Buddy!
